    This is a split release with our good friends in monster post-hardcore band Ugoslabier out of Thailand. The first time we saw this band live we knew we were staring at kindred spirits. A quick conversation later, we agreed to do a split release and many many months later, here we are.

    We want to thank our brothers in Ugoslabier for their passion for this split. We also want to thank Blackat Records for also supporting the release.

This song was written to inspire all of us to think about representation in the underground scene. We’re asking the questions:

Is there enough representation?
Are there enough differing voices?
Are we doing enough to change the status quo?
Do we even care?

To make this song really hit home, we invited someone who we truly respect in the underground community, Summa Li of Escharotic, to express her thoughts about her struggle and what this music means to her.
