The lyrics are about the plight of the world that we seem to find ourselves in. The hypocrisy in how sometimes devoutly religious people turning people in need away. Refugees like the Rohingya and many others the world over who are just trying to escape the endless cycle of war-death-destruction. But then who end up being encaged like animals in refugee camps for years while people bicker about what to do with them. Or, if they eventually do get resettled in order to allow their families to restart their lives, they will forever have the "immigrant" label stamped on them and have to endure that tag and the hatred and fear that people have of "immigrants". “Why don’t you go back to where you came from?!”

That last line we scream "Set fire to this cruel world...set fire...set us free" is self-explanatory in a world like ours.
